About Peak Platform
The Peak Platform is a compact and foldable strength training device (strength platform) that utilizes precision motors to generate resistance (or digital weight) instead of using traditional iron weights. This approach allows for more compact, quiet and safe equipment.

Yes & No. The Peak Platform can easily be your primary fitness equipment, especially if you have limited space. But it’s also a great complement to other equipment like a bike or treadmill. We’re a big fan of any equipment that helps you reach your peak.
No. The Peak Platform comes fully assembled. Simply plug it in and attach your choice of accessory.
No. The Peak Platform does not require a monthly subscription, nor do we offer that option currently.
No. The controls are intentionally located on the device with a simple interface and reliable haptic controls. This creates a fast and fumble-free experience.
Wow. That’s hard to summarize but here’s a list of our favorite things:

Warranty & Service
Peak products are covered by a 2-Year Home Warranty, and 1-Year Commercial Warranty, for both parts and accessories.
To submit a warranty claim, reach out to service@peakfitusa.com and indicate that you are initiating a claim under either a "Home Warranty" or "Commercial Warranty".
We understand the importance of your workouts and are committed to making sure your machine is working properly. If there is an issue with your machine, PEAK will send you a loaner machine, complete with a return label. Simply swap the loaner machine with your own, contact us for arrangements, and a FedEx driver will pick up the returning machine for repairs.
Our team will diagnose and fix any issues, and then return the repaired machine back to you in the same case. When you receive the repaired machine, simply return the loaner in the case and a FedEx driver will pick it up.
This process benefits both our customers and our company by ensuring you always have a functioning machine and allowing us to continually improve our products.
Shipping & Returns
- Shipping Area:
We ship to all locations within the continental United States. Please email info@peakfitusa.com for quotes on shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. - Shipping Time:
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of
purchase. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination of the order. - Delivery Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once the order has been shipped. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number. - Signature Requirement:
For security reasons, we may require a signature upon
delivery for orders over a certain value. This requirement can be waived
by contacting us before the order is shipped. - Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we
will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please
contact us as soon as possible if you believe your shipment has been
lost or damaged.
We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please follow these guidelines:
- Request a return by replying to your order confirmation email or by emailing us at returns@peakfitusa.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with the return address and you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Within 7 business days, you must provide us with a tracking number for your shipment. If we do not receive any communication from you within 7 business days, we will cancel the return request.
- Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear and tear and must be packed in the original packaging for the first 30 days. If the original packaging is not available, you will be responsible for the cost of new custom packaging.
- If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details of the damage or incorrect order and we will offer a refund, replacement or other substitution at our discretion.
You can expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of sending your package to the return courier. This time period includes transit time, processing time, and the time required for the refund amount to appear in your bank statement
